ECCA President and Church officials ban residents from meeting

ECCA President Leroy Thorpe has in the past railed against others in the community for being divisive and holding meetings which exclude members of the community. At the January ECCA meeting one of Thorpe's followers wrongfully accused another community organization of holding private and exclusive meetings. In this video clip, it's clear that it is in fact, Mr Thorpe, with the support of TBC deacon Smith, who is in fact excluding 5th Street residents from the church.
