Narcotics officers cracked down on local activity at the Scott Montgomery Elementry School playground. Though not captured on camera, the basketball players basketball games weren't the least bit interrupted by the criminal activity or largest police presence on the school ground in at least six years. Witnesses reported hearing a chorus of chants of “PD-99!, PD-99!, ...” from the court. This suggests that some of the young people have been well schooled about how to beat a wrap by making counter accusations against police officers. No mistreatment by the MPD was caught on camera.
